Taiwan YYC rack and pinion components support precise linear transmission with low vibration and controlled backlash, helping the cutting gantry keep repeatable motion over long travel.
Taiwan HIWIN linear guides provide smooth, high-accuracy guidance and strong load capacity, giving the X/Y axes a stable foundation for fine contour cutting.
Inovance servo motors drive the X and Y axes with responsive control, high-resolution feedback, and synchronized gantry motion for flexible acceleration and positioning.
Motoreducer planetary reducers are selected for precise servo transmission, strict quality control, and reliable torque output, helping the axis system keep stable motion under daily cutting loads.
Gas Pressure Management
Smart Pro Cut uses Japanese SMC electro-pneumatic regulation to deliver stable, step-free assist gas pressure for air, nitrogen, and oxygen cutting processes.
Step-free Gas Control
Gas pressure is adjusted proportionally by electric signal, helping operators match output to material and process needs.
Fine SMC Regulation
SMC regulator sensitivity reaches 0.2 kPa on the 100 kPa specification, supporting precise pressure tuning.
Stable Process Response

Electrical Cabinet Cooling Unit
Tongfei MCA enclosure cooling separates internal and external air circulation to block dust, oil mist, and moisture while managing cabinet temperature and humidity. It supports protection alarms, RS485 communication, optional PTC heating, and wall-mounted, embedded, or door-mounted installation.
