Swing Beam Shear
Efficient hydraulic shearing for clean cuts, easy operation, and practical everyday sheet metal production.
Efficient Cutting
For Daily Production
QC12K hydraulic swing beam shears use a compact arc-motion structure, optimized hydraulic circuit, and stable backgauge positioning to deliver clean, economical cutting for thin and medium sheet metal.
Practical Cutting Range
Standard models cover common 4-8mm mild steel sheet cutting needs for workshops, cabinets, ducting, and general fabrication.
Wide Sheet Support
Cutting lengths up to 4000mm help process full-size sheets while maintaining simple setup and repeatable positioning.
Fast Production Rhythm
Efficient hydraulic cycling supports high-volume straight cutting with dependable clamping and stable blade movement.
Backgauge Travel
A motorized backgauge helps operators set cutting width quickly for repeat batches and everyday sheet processing.
Smart Control
Select practical NC or advanced CNC control for daily shearing, repeat batches, and precise backgauge setup.
Main Motor System
Reliable AC Main Motor
The standard AC main motor provides stable power output for hydraulic shearing, simple maintenance, and dependable performance for daily sheet metal cutting operations.
Swing Beam Action
Arc Motion
Hydraulic Swing Beam Structure
Swing beam shears use the up-and-down movement of the swing beam to drive the upper blade for cutting. The workpiece is clamped on the worktable while the beam moves downward in an arc path to complete the cut.
Quick Cutting Through Controlled Arc Travel
The upper blade follows a swing beam path against the fixed lower blade while the sheet remains firmly held. This simple structure supports easy operation, fast setup, and efficient cutting of thin sheet materials.
Safety Protection
These optional photoelectric protection systems help reduce operating risk around the front feeding area, rear discharge area, and blade working zone.
Rear Light Curtain Protection
Rear photoelectric protection monitors the discharge and backgauge area. When the beam is interrupted, the system can stop dangerous movement and help protect personnel during rear-side maintenance or material handling.
Point-to-Point Protection
Point-to-point safety protection is arranged around key risk positions near the shearing zone. It helps detect abnormal entry into the protected area and adds an extra layer of safety for repetitive cutting work.
Front Light Curtain Protection
Front photoelectric protection creates a guarded feeding area for operators. It is useful when handling large sheets from the front side and can be configured to match workshop safety practices.
